Way back in the nineties when residential lets were the heart of the business a trial was done to buy shops with flats above, the area Robert chose was Orford Lane in North Warrington as it was then the busiest route to the town centre and still is to this day, although the business has changed and continues to do so this ever thriving lane trades well with an array of food stores and takeaways along side specialist shops that make the portfolio what it is today, varied and non reliant on one type of industry or customer.
