The business was set up as a partnership by Brian & Robert Foden back in 1983 buying up residential flats and houses, building up to a large portfolio of approximately 1500 units, this was then sold in 1999 and the partnership dissolved. Robert then had a year living in the Channel Isles before returning to re launch his spending spree and developing his skills in the year 2000. His aim this time was to concentrate on commercial lettings and buying and developing sites for the modern era of trade counter and small niche retail shops, along with small convenience stores. Today the business continues to grow with assets fast approaching £20m.

Roberts family are now grown up and integrate in different parts of the business. Daniel (27yrs) qualified property surveyor MRICS keeps his eye on acquisitions and possible new ventures, whilst Callum deals with building and maintenance and development. Roberts sister Debbie works closely with Robert to deal with all day to day activities and problems etc.

The future of the business is based upon circumstances in this volatile market position, however as things settle down our aim is to keep moving forward and improving our base of properties to add to the portfolio and hopefully add new ideas along the way. We pride ourselves and changing the minds of the older generation of people from Warrington/Widnes and give the people something which is up to date, so in reality we keep up with current trends across the UK and abroad.
